These Terms govern your use of Yimberzol TTS at tts.yimberzol.org, operated by Yimberzol Foundation. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Yimberzol TTS provides Kashmiri text-to-speech generation on a credit basis. New accounts may receive a limited number of welcome credits. Additional credits are sold as prepaid packs via our payment gateway.
2. Accounts
- You must sign in with a valid Google account you control.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt fraud, reverse-engineer systems in a harmful way, or violate these Terms.
3. Credits and purchases
- Credits are a prepaid digital balance for generating and downloading speech audio.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the service.
- Prices and pack sizes may change; the price shown at checkout applies to that purchase.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may use generated audio for personal or commercial purposes subject to applicable law. You must not use the service to generate illegal, harassing, or deceptive content, or to overwhelm the service with automated abuse.
5. Intellectual property
The Yimberzol TTS software, branding, and site design are owned by Yimberzol Foundation or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, you retain rights in the text you submit and may use the audio we generate for you from that text.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. Speech quality varies by input, script, and model settings. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free synthesis, or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yimberzol Foundation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date means you accept the revised Terms.
