Privacy Policy

Yimberzol TTS (“we”, “us”) is operated by Yimberzol Foundation. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use tts.yimberzol.org, how we use it, and with whom it is shared.

1. Information we collect

• Account (Google Sign-In). When you sign in with Google we receive your Google account identifier, verified email address, display name, and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password and we do not post on your behalf.
• Usage. Text you submit for speech synthesis, credit balance, generation and download events, and related timestamps.
• Payments. When you buy credit packs we process payment through our payment gateway. We store order and payment identifiers, pack purchased, amount, and status. Card or UPI details are handled by the payment gateway — we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request path, status) for security and reliability.

2. How we use information

• Authenticate you and maintain your account
• Provide text-to-speech and credit accounting
• Process payments and prevent fraud
• Improve reliability and investigate abuse
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Processors and sharing

• Google — authentication (Google Identity Services / OAuth)
• Payment gateway — payment processing
• Hosting and database providers — application hosting and data storage needed to run the service

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of the service or our users.

4. Retention

We keep account, usage, and payment records for as long as your account is active and as needed for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may request account deletion by contacting us; we will delete or anonymise personal data except where we must retain it for legal or financial records.

5. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and industry-standard practices to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children

Yimberzol TTS is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
