Shipping Policy

Yimberzol TTS sells digital products only — prepaid credit packs for online text-to-speech. There are no physical goods and no courier delivery.
1. Delivery method
After a successful payment via our payment gateway, credits are added to your signed-in account on tts.yimberzol.org. Delivery is electronic and automatic.
2. Delivery timeline
- Typical: instant (within a few seconds of payment confirmation)
- Fallback: if the browser closes before verification finishes, our payment webhook usually completes delivery within a few minutes
You can confirm your balance on the Dashboard.
3. Shipping cost
There is no shipping charge. The price shown at checkout is the full price of the credit pack.
4. International customers
Digital credits are available worldwide where the service and payment methods are offered. No customs, import duties, or physical shipping apply.
5. Delivery issues
If payment succeeded but credits do not appear within 30 minutes, email hello@yimberzol.org with your payment / order ID. See also our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
